Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country and may be longer due to customs clearance.

Can I trust that my order will arrive safely?

Absolutely. We partner with trusted courier services and package each item with care. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. If any issue arises during shipping, our support team is ready to assist you promptly.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your body accurately before selecting a size. Compare your measurements to our Size Chart available on each product page. For women, the bust of the clothing should be 2–4 inches larger than your actual measurement, while for men, the chest should be 4–6 inches larger and the waist 0.8–1.6 inches larger. Please note that sizing may vary slightly depending on fabric, style, and personal preference.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and certain items like intimates, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable.

You can request a return directly through your Alussé account—simply select the order, choose the item, and submit a return request. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my order takes longer than expected?

We know waiting can be stressful! Due to high demand and varying courier schedules, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. For domestic orders, expect 5–12 business days; international orders may take 7–15 business days. You can always track your order through our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.
