Return & Refund Policy

At Alussé, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each item is crafted and inspected with care, but if your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.

General Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order for eligible products. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unused, with all labels, packaging, and tags intact. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Alussé is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories are not eligible for return. These include accessories, jewelry, intimate wear, and sale or promotional items. Such items are considered final sale.

Return Procedure

  1. Log in to your Alussé account on our website.
  2. Go to “My Orders” or “Order History”.
  3. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Click “Request Return/Refund” and provide the reason for return.
  5. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 1–3 business days.
  6. If approved, you will receive a return confirmation and instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Please note that Alussé does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility .

Refund Conditions

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the conditions above, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

At present, Alussé does not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@alusse.com.

Important Notice

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated above or shows signs of use. All accepted returns remain subject to final quality control before a refund is processed.
